Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pkr100 Platform at any time. If pkr100 determines that a member holds or has held more than one account — whether concurrently or consecutively without authorisation — pkr100 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and withhold any bonus-derived balances. pkr100's total liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real money deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pkr100's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Where an account is terminated by pkr100 for reasons other than member misconduct, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
